Welcome to Small Joinery Solutions, a boutique carpentry and joinery business based in Buckingham.

Founded and led by Jakub Jozefowski, a traditionally trained joiner from Poland, the business brings over 30 years of professional experience, including more than 20 years working in the UK. Jakub’s background in traditional European joinery, combined with extensive hands-on experience on UK projects, allows us to deliver work of exceptional quality, precision, and practicality.

At Small Joinery Solutions, we are known for our attention to detail, craftsmanship, and reliability. Every project is carefully considered and tailored to the client’s space, needs, and vision — whether that’s bespoke furniture, fitted kitchens and wardrobes, or detailed carpentry work.

The business is supported by Monika, an artist specialising in furniture restoration and upcycling, bringing new life to existing pieces through thoughtful design and craftsmanship. Sustainability is an important part of our ethos, and wherever possible we use reclaimed materials and environmentally conscious methods.
